Worked as Principal and Professor, Shadan Post Institute of Computer Studies (MBA / MCA) for the past 25 years. The Shadan Educational Society is well established reputed society in the field of education and having branches/colleges throughout the state of Andhra Pradesh particularly in Hyderabad. This Society is having 1Medical College, 16 Engineering Colleges, 4 Pharmacy College, 4 MBA, 4 MCA College, LAW, B.Ed College and many Undergraduate and 10+2 Colleges.

My job involves student guidance and development for career planning and decision making, Preparing for Entrances, competitive examination, motivation, upgrading the standards of weak and average students for better performance.

Responsible for attaining the Institution’s student quantity and quality recruitment goals. The position manages the entire Admissions and Financial Aid staff. We creates the vision and strategy for both international and domestic student recruitment. Provides overall strategic direction and management for the Admissions office.

Presently Chairman AIM Education & Research Society – A non-governmental organization (NGO), non-profit, voluntary citizens’ group which is organized on a local, national or international level. Task-oriented and driven by people with a common interest, we perform a variety of service and humanitarian functions, bring citizen concerns to Governments, advocate and monitor policies through provision of information. We organize specific issues, such as human rights, environment or health and livelihood. We provide analysis and expertise, serve as early warning mechanisms and help monitor and implement international agreements.

Our portal www.GuidestarIndia.org is India’s largest, fully searchable database of reliable and comparable information on over 7,000 NGOs.   GuideStar India is transforming how Indian NGOs report and share information, and, is changing the way the people perceive, interact and engage with NGOs. 

Member of UN Global Compact The World’s largest Corporate Sustainability Initiative, a voluntary based on CEO commitments to implement universal sustainability principles and take steps to support UN goals.

Applied for Consultative Status under Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) UN. ECOSOC and its subsidiary bodies The Economic and Social Council is the principal organ that coordinates the economic, social and related work of the 14 United Nations specialized agencies, functional commissions and five regional commissions. ECOSOC has been the main entry point into the UN system for NGOs. ECOSOC remains the only main UN body with a formal framework for NGO participation.

This accreditation framework benefits both the United Nations and the NGOs. As stated by resolution 1996/31 on the “Consultative relationship between the United Nations and non-governmental organizations,”

“… Consultative arrangements are to be made, on the one hand, for the purpose of enabling the Council or one of its bodies to secure expert information or advice from organizations having special competence in the subjects for which consultative arrangements are made, and, on the other hand, to enable international, regional, sub-regional and national organizations that represent important elements of public opinion to express their views.”.
