Mr. Parvez has > 17 years of versatile experience – focuses on serving companies in the mining, metals, and renewable energy industry. He has led various roles (both within advisory and industry) in Africa, Europe, and Asia – expertise lies in corporate and business unit strategy, growth strategy, operating models, commercial excellence, early-stage growth projects, JVs, alliances, M&A(& divestitures)diligence, investment evaluation,project management and financing; design and execution of capital projects.

He leads relationships with conglomerates and agencies in Asia, Europe, and Africa, and coordinates across multiple ministries/departments, such as mining, energy, water,environment, trade, rail, roads, and shipping.He is passionate about sustainability and education– carried outRenewable Energy (both Solar & Wind) projects, as well as involved with social impact organizations and Think Tanks.

Mr Parvez is a diversity champion and has a deep interest in broader socio-economic development, particularly in Europe, Africa and Asia. Earlier in his career, he was a marine engineer and sailed many countries in Indian and Pacific Ocean, and as a Public Sector boutique consultancy in Europe – focused on European Commission projects.

He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Aligarh Muslim University, India, and attended Trainee Marine Engineering at MERI-Mumbai, Indian Maritime University. He also holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management, Milan, Italy (with an Exchange Program to TUCK School of Business at Dartmouth, USA – an Ivey League Business School).A native of Varanasi, India (one of the oldest living cities in the world) has lived and worked on four continents – spent extensive time in India, Italy, USA, Belgium, and South Africa.
